What is Arena Talent Discovery?

At Arena Talent Discovery, it is our mission to provide candidates with jobs where we predict they will thrive. We do this through a questionnaire that candidates complete. The completed questionnaires then use artificial intelligence to match candidates to our clients' jobs.

What happens after I fill out the form and questionnaire?

As soon as you click the Submit button to complete your questionnaire, you will likely see a webpage with jobs picked just for you. These jobs are chosen using the AI technology that we have used for years to successfully match candidates to jobs where they will succeed.

Click on the job to learn more about it and apply.

You can apply to several jobs from your custom jobs webpage.

Are these jobs temporary?

No, the jobs we present to you are permanent positions.

I have never worked in healthcare, do you have jobs for me?

Many positions do not require prior health care experience.

After completing the questionnaire, I see a page that says “no jobs found, yet”. Is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong. Based on Arena's matching algorithm and your current location, there aren't any jobs to show you at this time. Please use our smart location filters to search in other locations or check back later since new jobs are frequently being added.

I am not a United States citizen or located in the United States, do you have any jobs for me?

Unfortunately, we only offer positions within the United States that do not require sponsorship.

I applied for a job, but I have not heard back?

Please check with the facility that you applied to directly. If you do not remember where you applied, please email [email protected] to ask and we’ll look it up for you.

How do I unsubscribe to emails?

You can unsubscribe to emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.

Is the Covid vaccine a requirement?

Please check with the facility that you applied to as each facility has a different policy in regards to the covid vaccine.

What are the benefits/pay for this position?

Every community or hospital location offers different compensation and benefits packages. Because we match you with potentially several employers, it is difficult for us to provide specific information. 

Am I required to upload a resume?

No, resumes are optional.
